i don't think CR is popular in china. tudou is like the chinese version of youtube except with far more anime, drama, and movies.

my parents use PPTV, the subtittles are chinese.

Well. I first found crunchyroll when I lived in China and used it. And I know three other people who are in China and use crunchyroll. And most of the other people just laugh and say how much I go on crunchyroll. Yep.
