If you read chapter 45 in the manga, you'll get the truthful answer. Zero hates purebloods and Yuuki Cross (descendant of the Kuran and Kaname's fiancee) is a pureblood.

AND i really like the fact that she's AWARE of everything around her instead of being blur and unknowing as a human with lost memory.) so yeah, really great to finally have yuki the pureblood princess! hope she'll end up with kaname who's done everything in consideration for her and deserves her love better than anyone else!
