I had an incredible long-distance relationship. It worked becasue we actually loved each other...and I didn't have to kill him for being around all the time. LOL The only downfall or problem we had was he died...that sort of puts a downer feeling on any relationship, you know?

I think if the relationship started in real life (not over the internet) then it can survive ... I dont think that internet relationships can work out for long because there usually really far apart and ull never or very rairly see each other

They're extremely hard.. I was in one for over a year, and there were times we didn't think we'd make it..
But in the end it did work out, I finally moved near him, and we're still together for over 2 years now

if the couple involved in the relationship is mature enough..(not by age)..and they have a sense of loyalty and trust and they have the passion to really work the relationship out..both of them will be fine..
one of the few reasons why LDR dosent work out for most people are:
immaturity
disloyalty
lack of trust
and people who easily give up..
LDR needs work people!!!! and if ur not fully ready to commit to one person in ur life...well, i promise you.. ur relationship LONG OR SHORT DISTANCE...it will NEVER work out
