Ehh, I guess its okay but am I the only one who can't picture JYB as Lelouch? I personally think that him and Yuri should switch roles and then it'd be perfect! As for the VA of Sakura playing C.C., I can sorta picture it but we'll see how this goes.

I cant see C.C's dub voice working at all, and neither for Lelouch. And as ive only heard Yuri as Sasuke, i think he may do an okay Suzaku, but it does seem like it should be the other way around.

Well, a trailer is up for the dub. Here's the link: http://revver.com/video/525970/code-geass-trailer-1/

All I've got to say is that its not bad! The female narrator voice in the beginning is mostly likely C.C.'s and I like it! I also like Suzaku's voice from what I heard so far, although we only got to hear about three words from him. All the voices seem to be excellent imo, except for Lelouch's. It wasn't what I expected, since I'm used to him having a deeper voice.

This will probably be good, thanks to Johnny Young Bosch. His latest work's been awesome (Devil may cry 4, voice actor of Nero), so I'll expect some things from him.

Lelouch = ...Hearing him speak is like listening to Naruto say believe it...over and over and over again.
Suzaku = Meh...Not too bad not to Good
Kallen: All I heard was Rawr, or something.
C.C. = *puts a gun to my head*

Here's another sample of the cast of Code Geass...

http://code-geass.bandai-ent.com/news/news_xx_07.htm

Let's see.... I'll put off my judgements of the voices of C.C. and Kallen later until I see the first episode aired...

It seems like Yuri as Suzaku sounds promising, we'll see...

Johnny as Lelouch... I'll be more definite in judging him until, again, I see the first episode... HOWEVER, it seems like power ranger boy/Vash the Stampede/Ichigo Kurosaki needs to LOWER his voice a little bit more so it can have a little sense of evil, if you will...

You all MUST understand and keep in mind though that these cast were selected by the ORIGINAL director of Code Geass, so he's putting his trust in the english VA's that he picked officially, and also the japanese seiyu's for Lelouch and Suzaku were those whose roles are opposite of what they normally voice. I mean, for crying out loud, some people didn't expect Jun Fukuyama, the high-pitched cheerful character to voice such a dark and otherwise evil person, and vice versa with the other person who voiced Suzaku. The same applies with the english VA's. Johnny's roles are usually more cheerful and almost kid-like, like Vash, Itsuki from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, etc. (naming off the top of my head) so this will probably be one of his rare big-time dark role...

That said, Terrorist A will probably do a superb job... "Is this on? Oh, desparate? Ok... apoiewrupljkv.,paopweu;lkgh!!!! My name is Terrorist A?! Nobody gives a flying geass what my real name is! I'm outta here!"

Check the Dub trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQr4bWaVWD8
(Doesn’t sound too bad for a dub - It doesn't matter how good the dub will be. No english voice can ever come close to matching the theatrical awesomeness that is Lelouch's Japanese VA.)

As usual, any time a series gets incredibly popular it's asking to be licensed. Since Code Geass is licensed does that mean that any episodes in the second season will already be licensed as well? - I am pretty sure Gundam 00 will probably be the next Bandai title on AS as well Code Geass Part 2 and Gundam 00 Part 2.

Anyway I have only seen a few Bandai dubs, and I can't say they're my favorite. I think I will be checking this out, though.
