Yes berries very full of antioxidants. Blue berries very good, but they arent my fav.

aahh would you every have a blue berry milkshake?
i forgot blue berries..

Ya I put them in my smoothies alot. I like bluberries and bananas together. I dont like to drink milk though!! coconut and almond milk is good though.
yeah i like straws wit bananzas, lemon, oranges, whey, asparagus, carrots.. tastes like peanut butter..
almond milk sounds good, and i love coconut milk.. i thought it was just a filipino thing

The young coconuts are supposed to be the healthiest thing to drink you can put in your body! Its supposed to be so close to human plasma in chemistry that it was often used in IVs to save people in WW2! I think Im turning Filipino anyways Im tired of being American! We were training Filipino tonight.. Filipino kickboxing.. bowed in diferent and everything!

your officially filipino to me then ^__^, ..the time we realy had to put our guerila skills to the test, did you use the weapons too..
I like that your training is diversifying..how diff was it, and what kind of bow did you use..hand over the heart? p.s. I think i might start drinking coconut water after training.. read that its far superior to gatorade, but i think that I won't say too much HEHEHE

The bow in was, on one knee, hand to heart, then a sort of slute, then hand to head and a salute..then it was either one more chest salute, or just a two hands together and bow, then rise. We were drilling the parry/bicep strike (split entry) in combos. It was cool, but Ill tell ya biceps hurt today! We did work with escrima stix after the kickboxing drills. It was cool.

The jab comes at you, you parry w/your right, strike at bicep with your left almost simaltaniously, Its cool. You can do a double if the cross comes at you, parry it with your left, strike bicep with your right. (double split entry) You can wreck a persons bicep!
and yes the young thai coconuts look like:

You take a cleaver and hack off the top and use the water/milk!

well strawberry milk or cocuts? but must buy KOKONUTSZZZ!!!! LOL.

i like those destruction moves.. i like to pak da ..slapping block an incoming punch ..stepping away so they dont reach m centreline, and punch their arms or face or etc... its so collapsable!!! but i need to work on split entries.. and other entries in that matter.. ..and defenses..
if i'm going to destroy the biceps in your way.. i need to get very close but i'll risk it, as long as he doesn't use the full power of his strength. i'll break his triceps if i can too. today i'm sparring with the youngsters hope.. hopefully i dont hook their biceps ^__^

OH! One of my favorite subjects! Great thread idea Ninja!!
I am on a raw foods kick. I try to eat at LEAST 60% raw foods every day. Fruits vegetables nuts and seeds. I include things like young Thai coconuts for milk, flax seeds, pine nuts, etc. I am told by my bro who is an amazing martial artist and is a nutritionist, that I should throw away my vitamins I bought at GNC.. he says they are like drugs or poison. So I am goin pure and organic!
I am still losing weight to get into an even lower weight class, I expect to fight at 120# next summer so I need to lose 8-9 more pounds still. My raw diet should help!

Why are the vitamins bought at GNC (what does GNC stand for?) like drugs or poison?

GNC= General Nutrition Center I think.... I guess dosing your body with mega vitamins takes a big toll on it. Im not sure exactly why, but my brother is VERY smart when it comes to nutrition and I listen to what he tells me. I'll post his web site here in a minute. (look for the edit)
