I want to make sure that all lolicon that does not have hentai content, be BANNED in America. And other animes like Shounen-ai and Shojo-ai.

WE could make the Non-otakus be more aware of stuff. Like many of my friends who READ manga don't know Yuri/yaoi Magical Girlfriend and stuff. Oh yeah, ECCHI.
We could basicall re-revolutionize the whole planet.

You can't change Anime from America if that's where you going at, because USA don't run the Anime creation process that is located in Japan... As long as there is internet you can't stop people from watching them.

Judging from the way you type, I don't think you could do a very good job. Your goal is unreasonable anyways. People have already fought against pornography and failed to ban it since there was not enough conclusive evidence to prove that it was harmful to society. If that's the case I don't think lolicon/yuri/yaoi will be banned either.

Attempting to ban yaoi and yuri would only stir up a shitstorm. And you CAN'T legally ban it, it's freedom of speech and press techincally.

Here's one reason:
"Eric Chase and his team at the United Defense Group have been vigorously defending Handley, and scored a major First Amendment victory earlier this year when the judge found portions of the PROTECT Act unconstitutional in his ruling on a motion to dismiss. District Judge Gritzner of the Southern District of Iowa found that subsections 1466(a)(2) and (b)(2) of 18 U.S.C. 1466A unconstitutional. Those sections make it a crime to knowingly produce, distribute, receive, or possess with intent to distribute, "a visual depiction of any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture, or painting," that "is, or appears to be" a minor engaged in sexual conduct. Judge Gritzner found that those sections restrict protected speech and are constitutionally infirm."

If you don't bother to read, it's unconstitutional.

Dude what should be included is lolicon PORNOGRAPHY! not Lolicon. You mite as well say that it is illegal to have crushes on you TEACHERS or IDOLS.
Some school girls say that they would even concieve a child it the father was their idol.
But actually snowball it is just, not rite.

Very impressive. You have some real potential in rationalizing.

hmm.,... well... i already done that.... to prove that anime is not a bad influence.. that it just depends on the person who is watching it to understand it... There is no such thing as perverted anime... just perverted thoughts about it
