I think there should be an uploader for supporters. of course, you should write a request to upload first. by the way (written request) i have FLCL so i would like to upload it.

It can work very well. What you do is have only the people who have accumulated a certain number of cr points be able to add or take away rep points. Then you have a system where you can only rep someone every 24 hours. The best way is to make it so that you have to give a reason for the rep so that any unjust neg rep can be removed by mods. Seen it work on the airsoft forum I go to.
