For the wii, I'd definately say Okami.
The movements and style is clear and unique. On top of that, the music always fits the scenes. And at certain points, a kind of story is told with beautiful traditional looking artwork.
In short, this game is the most amazingly beautiful for wii.

Okami definitely! With the cell-shade graphics used to make a traditional Japanese water-color affect, the game itself feels like a masterpiece! If you haven't played it already, highly suggested!
