maybe they could, but its weird thinking so. it soulds sweet looking from the romace part, but when you hit reality, things fall apart. it just depends on what the situation is. thats what i think.

I think it's okay for them to love each other, as long as they're step siblings. Now if it's BLOOD siblings, I'll be like..."Wtf's wrong with you?!" xDD
But yeah, I say yes, it's ok.
It'll just be a little weird, especially for the parents. x3

Anyone can be lovers, and whether or not we think it's acceptable or not we can't really do anything about it. So in this case, suuuure. Why not. Everyone deserves to be loved right?

I seem to vaguely remember seeing a few minutes of an American TV drama on this subject but I have no idea what the name of it was. It was a long damn time ago.

I dont mind at all..
Lets say u have been living with ur step brother/sis since ur parents divorced and remarried and u have to live with ur step brother/sis...
Eventually even a lil of feeling of likeness could make u fall for him or her.

Who cares if its weird?
Whats matter is the bond between those two who isnt blood-related.
If they love each other.
Just bless them.

Haha.. an even more disturbing question is what about adopted siblings? They aren't blood related but they may have grown up together. I think it's a bit disturbing from the perspective of "what's to stop actual blood-related siblings from seeing anything wrong with it" but less so in the case of step siblings. After all, they may not have known each other long, don't really see each other as siblings, and it isn't their fault that their parents decided to get married to each other.

Then of course there's that sicko Woody Allen.....

in my opinion that kind of relationship should be avoided amongs step-relatives because #1 it would kind of put the family in a very awkward situation and #2 explaining the situations to non family members would be a bit confusing and judging from the responses above many people would deem it wrong. On the flip side they are not related by blood so like someone said above theres no genetic disadvantage so it would be completely wrong.
