doesnt work that way. just do alot of cardio and diet. notice that skinny people who dont work out have little 6packs line? that cause they got no fat. now if u want it to have the line and more define u need to do cardio and crunches. but more cardio over crunches

Yeh they were the good old days. I use to love going to the gym. Now, I'm so lazy.
