Try following the ppl who are obsessed in getting fit... Steroids, protein shakes, water, or spend most of ur time in the gym

I didn't have a six pack. More of a four pack. It's just regular excercise, do a veriaty of ab thingies. Just be sure not to overdo it. The muscles need rest to make more muscle. '

Me, I'm gonna get to work to get fit again. Now I'm all flabby!

Skinny and very little muscle definition (Skinny fat)? means you gotta do more weights, less cardio, strict diet and never starve yourself. You should spread your meals into 5 or 6 portions of smaller ones, with this I guarantee you will get your 6 pack.

Well it's been 2 years now, hopefully you got them already.

As for me, I did regular exercise and plenty of sit ups and squats and crunches to get mine.

You know there's a weird story behind it... it actually happened senior year of highschool, really fast too-- I just woke up one morning and was totally ripped-- oddly enough my nearsightedness disappeared too-- Thanks to that I'm bangin' Mary Jane
