Baka and Test was pretty hilarious in my opinion. Just finished watching Setokai Yakuindomo, mostly perverted dialogue with a pg13 rating made it enjoyable to watch with an adult sense of humor.

If you want a manga that's funny, has a bit of romance and also looong...then I would recommend Hayate the combat butler. It's a harem manga so if your looking for a really romantic story between two characters then I don't think you'll like it though
