There's plot, setting, climax, comic relief, motifs, characterization, etc.
The only good example I could think of is hilarously, Vampire Knight...

I'm sorry, but I don't quite see the relevance behind this...

Are you trying to say find a reason why anime's worthwhile in an educational sense???

If so, watch Spice and Wolf or something, it teaches you all about economics...

Otherwise, I guess that you could say that anime does have plot, setting, and everything else you said. Though if you want to get technical, you could go with onomatopoeia which all the strange sound effects that they have, symbolism, metaphors, similes, personification (and lots of it), and lots more...
