Well the J-artists who do the Naruto themes are Bigtime dudes.. and Naruto was strategically aired in a time where majority of the audience (which constitutes abt 30% of the youth's population) were still immature [susceptible to slapstick-shounen influence].. therefore Naruto influence managed to lodge itself in their Schema/soul, ultimately becoming part of their childhood..
