A few that come to mind for me are:

When Shadow Crone is fighting Dan, his mechanical Bakugan's attack doesn't fire, and he starts running in circles and yelling, "You stink! I stink! We stink! They stink! Everyone stinks!!"

When Lelouch, Rivalz, and Shirley are listening to the President (her name escapes me ^^;) explain the plans for student council, and they grumble about doing this cram session in the first place. In Season 4 of Hetalia there's a scene where Japan imagines he's singing and dancing with Switerland. I almost died laughing at that part.

I forget which episode it is, but there's an episode in Tegami Bachi where a character named Lag disguises himself as a girl that was really funny. (Especially since he could pass as a girl).

Most of Skip Beat was funny, especially when Kyoko snaps.

There have been a few times where subtitle choices have been fabulous. There's an episode for "Chi's Sweet Home" that involves a vacuum cleaner. Chi (who's a cat) says "Hurry Up!" in Japanese, but the subtitles said "Suck me [with the vacuum cleaner]!" I just about died at the choice of words.

That's all I can think of for now.
