i think Allen Walker from D.Gray-man , at 1st to me he was weak but after he got his Crown Clown he became really strong :)

Dragonball, at first Goku's power level is like 10, and now he's like over 9000!

lol power level 10 is probably really strong compared to any other anime character dragonball is on a next level to all other animes and in my opinion one of the best aswell
