Another question,im sorry if this this has previously been answered/asked.
1.Since CR wont accept anymore anime uploaded by Users, currently uploaded videos will be removed right ?
2.If yes,is CR going to re-upload the animes that are currently being uploaded/uploaded already ?
3.Some videos, stated in the anime-lineup,are only available to certain region or countries.Does this mean that the video will only be available to those users of the countries OR does this mean that the benefits of the Anime Membership will only apply in those countries, but also available to countries not stated in the list, without benefits.

I know the 3rd question has wierd phrasing, thats because i really duno how to put it in words.Feel free to pm me pls>.<.

Thanks for replying

It has been answered above but I'll still help out

1) Correct. All anime that CR could not or did not license has been removed.
2) No, CR will only get uploads from the companies that hold the rights to the shows.
3) From my understanding, if a show is already licensed in your area the Anime Membership will not override this and you will have to view the show through the local licensee.

Is this membership the reason that 75% of the shows I watch are now "unavailable"?

Indirectly, yes. It is more due to CR becoming completely legal and licensing shows from their creators.

One important question:

If I try a one month membership just to see what it's like and after a month, I want to cancel my membership, who do I contact?

I don't think that this is very clear or if it's somewhere on this website, it's well hidden...
The following emails are the only ones I could find...

However, if they get inundated with people's comments/complains, is there an actual email that deals with queries or that's all there is?

I'm very concerned that if I really wanted to contact Crunchyroll, I won't have anywhere to go because of the high volume of emails (complaints) they must be receiving from this so called "change".

So, yet another sell out. The all powerful wallet has spoken and crunchyroll has become little more than a reference site while I search the net for torrents of the shows I watch. I'm so sick of the almighty dollar.

Before I even think about buying a membership...I'm just wondering why all these "new" shows "professionally" subbed from these "Top-Teir" companies have such horrible subs?

I understand that this is a great opportunity for CR to provide its viewers with a legal way for people to watch shows distributed by these companies...but if I'm paying to watch these shows shouldn't there be some sort of Quality Standards before a company is allowed to submit an episode?

I mean...watching these episodes right from the company are great and all...but when every 2-3 lines of subs are skipped, go past in a fraction of a second, and not to mention the sever miss-spelling all over the place. I find it hard not to want to go simply find a torrent for these shows so I can watch them fansubbed. I'm all for buying a membership and supporting the companies...but why waste my money on releases this crappy?

It's as little as US$5/month - cheaper than Netflix, WoW, cable tv, and even a single movie ticket You can even get it as a Christmas gift for someone else, or have your parents get it for you ;P

It's not $5 a month it looks more like $6.95....

great so we sacrificed all the hard work that fansubbers have done for this site for 3 years for....all 5 million eps of naruto and the complete series of speed racer a 20 year old anime, just so yous know the site WAS legal before all this too, they took down any anime that the creator requested to come down. can anyone pm a good free anime site?

If skip beat was available in the Philippines i would have gone for the membership. I'll wait 'till there's more anime and dramas available for asia specially the Philippines. Keep up the good work.

If i subscribe to the monthly service for $6.95 will I be able to upgrade to the 12 month subscription at the discounted price or will I have to sign up for it now? I want to try the service out first before committing for the full year.

i got the 19,95 for three months. i've already watched most of the anime that's offered but i wanna rewatch them at the awesome quality. So far not to disappointed but i wish they didnt have to take down all the fan subbed stuff. There was alot of funsubbed anime that you usually wont find uploaded on your regular free anime site... too bad for us....
