Manga and Anime, as inviting and open as they may seem, are at heart the products of Japan's culture. Despite its technological advancement, Japan somehow manages to retain much of its historical character, in addition to blending in the overwhelming influences of the West. The Japanese treatment of gender and gender relations has taken many turns over the last millennium, and manga and anime reflect those changes. Still, at the core of the culture lies certain fundamental beliefs that are proving difficult to change.

are you Confucius??? because you really made me confuse....

so lets get this straight you're talking about how men and women interrelate in the anime and manga? and how until now they still retain it?
and don't call me dumb but i just don't see the relation between the title and the contents....

Brushugun is asking what traits still are socially considered to make a male or female stay the same even though they have much more technology and influences by other cultures that could change those traits. Well that is what i'm getting out of it.

For an answer to his question...

Like in most countries history and what i have noticed in current manga and anime women are treated as helpless. Its slowly changing now but its taking a long time.

I can't think of much more of an idea that I have for an answer much more then that at the moment but hopefully it can help others understand what your asking brushugun

I can so tell that you copied all of that. You wrote at the bottom 'do u know some?' and the phrase at the top had proper spelling and had capital letter's, and ' do u know some' does not.
