yea i have Narutimate Hero 3, but i didnt really understand the story mode, since i couldn't read it...i did beat it, and unlocked most of the characters though.
but i don't really care about it now, since i don't like Naruto anymore...

To unlock the characters in Naruto 3 just follow:

Press R1 + R2 then square,triangle,square,traingle then release R1 and R2
Press L1 + L2 the right,up,right,up then release L1 and L2
Then press L3 + R3

the only problem with the Naruto series is that its in japanese.
but experimentation will get you to understand the game somehow after a while.

I believe Naruto: Shippuuden the game is out. I have it and its pretty cool. =D
