I pity both of them. One who has lost his loved ones..and another having to live with the guilt of taking one's family away for the rest of his life. It's just sad

If that is your opinion, so be it. But there is no such thing as a degree to the level of how unfortunate death is. A person dying of a heart attack or in his sleep or in a plane crash are ultimately suffering the same fate. If you think otherwise, and that you are entitled to immortality, that is your problem. People die, deal with it.

nope, all deaths are the same. we just venture off to the unknown.
we'll be in pain for an instant, and then we probably just pass on. fuck, life is much more fucking painful than death is.

Heh fun stuff.

Are you intentionally being a heartless prick or were you just born that way? Honestly the man lost his family and he stays composed enought to not put the blame on the pilot... How can you do anything but respect and pity him for losing the people that matter most and staying upright like he does.

R.I.P. and strenght to him and his family.

That's horrible, and the most amazing thing is that he has no hard feelings, I would be sueing the hell out of the airforce for pain and suffering if that happend to me. A good $3 million would do it. But seriously, what are the odds of that happening

It was the Marines.

Whatever, so I read it wrong

- pic unrelated -

it is the worst to lose all your family in a single night. Just losing one is hard enough to deal with, not to mention all of them. it is gonna be very hard for him to recover. i'm still shocked that he can maintain his composure.. that is just impossible

i'd rather get hit by a jet then get tortured by a maniac. We obviously have never died before to be able to tell each other what death is like so i wish ppl would shut up about sh1t we can't understand.

I'll pray for him, for his family, and for the pilot.
Also, I'll pray that I can become like him XD
