Oh, hell yes! Always. I usually have the music that I normally listen to playing (see profile of bands you've never heard of and if you have then I love you), except I'll pick songs that reflect what's going on in the chapter and/or series I'm reading. For instance, today when Naruto and Bleach manga came out, I put on some eerie, hardcore music (for Bleach: Opeth - I Feel The Dark) for one and for the other, some fast-paced, rocking music (for Naruto: O.S.I. - Big Chief II on repeat). It's always different and it definitely puts a new spin on reading manga, I love listening to music and reading manga.

OH HELL YEAH.
Whenever I read a manga and it is getting to a sad part, I'll open iTunes and turn on some sad music to enrich the moment and it makes me cry at times.
When it is action time, I turn on an epic song, and let it roll baby.
Basically having music in the background makes it seem like I'm watching an anime instead of reading a manga.
