Before I couldnt read manga with any noise around me at all but recently I've been listening to dub step while reading some manga and it's actually quite nice and adds a whole new feel to reading manga.

I listen to music while reading all the time. Sometimes I pay more attention to what I'm reading than what I'm listening to, but when I pay attention to both, it can make what I'm reading a lot more entertaining...
Case in point: When I first started reading Kuroshitsuji, I listened to The Beatles through the first couple volumes. There's just something so wrongly hilarious about that. Now whenever I read Kuro, I get "Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da" stuck in my head.

i always listen to music while reading. it works really well if its instrumental rock ("post-rock" to some folks. blechhh) like mogwai, explosions in the sky... godspeed you black emperor....

For most part, I don't listen to songs that match the mood of the manga (I just play music on shuffle), but when I'm reading a horror manga, I'll usually listen to really creepy or tense songs. The main reason for this is that (obviously) I'm reading the horror manga because I want to be scared, but it takes a lot to scare me, so listening to creepy music helps a little XD
(I could've worded that better... sorry if it doesn't make sense)

Only if it doesn't have words, or I can't understand the language. I can't concentrate on reading when music with lyrics is playing.

No I don't. If I listen to music while reading manga I always end up zoning out and I'll just be staring at the manga not reading it.

Yes I listen to Hopsin and Dizzy Wright when I'm reading Manga so that I wouldn't get bored... Funny thing is that.. it doesn't distract me.
