hi everyone,

i watched this anime a while back but i can't remember the name to it. i really want to refer it to a friend.

it's about a girl who is befriended by a half human/demon warrior and ended up taking her power after the warrior ( a girl ) died. i believe she had to eat/drink the warriors blood or something of the sort to obtain the warriors powers. she then later on befriended a boy who she protected because he reminded her of herself when she was that age.

please help if possible. i know my description of the anime isn't all that great, but it's the best i can do. it was once a featured anime on here i believe.

no that wasn't it. that girl that obtained the demon powers was on a mission to avenge the death of the warrior that took her in when she was a kid.
