I do curse a lot, actually. More than a lady should, haha. But I don't direct any swear words at people. It'll be just something like, 'Where the fuck is my phone?' or whatever. Still, my family don't seem to mind me swearing so much around the house anyway... just certain extremely vulgar words is when I'll get a funny look.

I say cursing isn't needed. There are other ways of expressing your feelings and acting civilized. It's okay if you do it occassionally. I do it a bit. A lot less lately now actually. But then there's the people that make curse words sound so... childish because they use fuck and shit literally in every SINGLE sentence. Like some people I know go like "So I like f***ing went to the f***ing damn refridgerator to f***ing drink some f***ing milk and my b**** a** mom freaking comes in and f***ing starts b****ing at me for no f****ing reason. But it was so f***ing funny. Hey do you want to go to the f***ing mall? I'll f***ing call you later or something. I gotta take a p*** now." (Also makes you look uneducated; not to mention idiotic.)

Anyways; acting sophisticated and mature never hurts. But just throwing out curses at people whenever you're angry isn't good either because it just shows you can't control your temper at all. If you lose it a few times. Fine. But if you're one of those people that will snap at everything and start using unnecessary profane language when you can talk things unbarbarically; all I can say is... everyone sees you as a 3 year old child whose toy got taken away and your attitude reflects your parents teachings. If your parents taught you to be smart and mature, show it. Otherwise it just looks like as if you they sexually abused you or tramatized you some other way real bad.

But just because curse words reflect anger better doesn't mean it handles the situation better.

It is bad in a sense... though I will admit that swearing has become an expression. Sort of like... "That some weird sh*t..." It is bad in a sense. TEEHEE. I am sorry.

Bad it is to me. Can't you find and use a better word to express your anger or frustration or something?

I generally don't use them, even around people that do. Then when I do choose to use a bad word, I've had everyone in the room stop and look at me and say "omg she just said . . . she must be really pissed . . ect"

The more frequently you use the words, the less impact they have when said, people just stop noticing if you say them all the time. However if you almost never say bad words, then you get real pissed off and start using them, people notice.

Swearing means nothing in this day and age. Swear words are just words and thats how allot of people treat them now.
