I'm pretty sure that it's nothing more than a filler episode. According to the summaries from Nakayoshi, it's about the Guardians making their first trip to the temple for the New years. There's an oracle that says "Meet like the meteors" for Amu, and she becomes worried. Then, they meet a pair of siblings practicing for a performance.
