Lee Teuk, the leader of one of Asia's most well known group Super Junior, posted an entry about his Christmas eve with TVXQ members, Xiah Junsu and Changmin.

The 3 of them attended "The Soul Concert," on Chirstmas Eve. Not as performers, but as spectators.

Lee Teuk said:
"It was a lot of fun watching the concert together with Xiah Junsu and Changmin. It also reminded us about our pre-debut days, when we used to watch concerts from the audience."

But it definitely wasn't enough to keep him satisfied as Lee Teuk also stated the following (implying he'd like to be involved in a scandal):

"I was upset on the way home with Changmin, we both were. We've been spending every single Christmas together since our debuts. So next year, whether we're busy or not, we are going to find girl friends and spend Christmas with them. Let's make the front page of the news!"

SJM boys won the Best Group Mainland Award @ CCTV Grand Awards Ceremony on Dec. 23. (sry, this news is late..didnt know anything about it till now). This is SJM’s 8th award in total and it’ll probably be their last one for this year cause i dont see anymore award ceremonies they have to attend on their schedule.

Super Junior M has big fans in Hong Kong



For their first visit to Hong Kong, 3000 (or so the Korean media reports) fans came out to see Super Junior M at the welcoming party on December 26th. When asked by the media on what they did for Christmas: “We partied in our room in Beijing and practiced for the Hong Kong fan meeting.”

And for the next 2 days, Super Junior M held their fan meeting and showed their appreciation to their supporters with fun and games.

SJ's subgroup SJM caught lots of attention from the local media during their 1st visit to Hong Kong. SJM arrived in Hong Kong on the 26th, and held a banquet at Kowloon's huge shopping mall with over 3000 fans to celebrate their 1st visit to Hong Kong.

Local Newspaper 'Oriental Daily News' reported the following day on the 27th 'SJM Stirs Excitement Upon Arrival In Hong Kong'. 'Ming Pao Daily News' also reported on the same day that SJM at the peak of their popularity is beyond imagination, causing many to feel the red hot popularity of SJM.

In addition, SJM held at fan meeting session on the 27th at Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibition Centre (HITEC Star Hall), losing no time in launching their promotional activites locally.

At the fan meeting, SJM performed songs from their 1st album like '迷 (Me)', '爱你爱你 (Love you, love you)', '至少还有你 (At Least I Still Have You)', 'Marry U', etc. They also sang a christmas song requested by the audience to sing another final song, causing the fans to cheer.

SJM also had a special performance which was held on the same day as their fan meeting. Dong Hae sang Usher's 'Nice&Slow', whereas Kyu Hyun and Ryeo Wook performed Kenny G's 'The Moon Represents My Heart' on the clarinet and piano, catching the attention of fans. Henry also had a fantastic solo violin recital, causing the atmosphere of the fan
meeting to reach the climax.

SJM will receive Hong Kong's TVB, i-cable and 'Oriental Daily News' interviews to end their schedules in their 1st trip to Hong Kong on the 29th.

After having a concert at Hong Kong, red hot boyband SJM is now in the midst of having rehearsals for China's Hunan Satellite TV New Year Concert 2009. According to reports, after dressing up as Santa Claus at their concert in Hong Kong, SJM will turn into 'Gods of Fortune' live on stage on 31st December, eve of the New Year, giving the audience presents on behalf of Hunan Satellite TV!

SJM has debuted for over half a year. Their healthy as well as progressive image has gained the likes of audiences. Recently, SJM's leader Hankyung was ranked no.1 for the 'Most Satisfactory Artiste's Image Award' in an online survey. In order to let the fans have a closer interaction with SJM, the production team in charge of the New Year Concert came up wiht a special segment where SJM will dress up as 'Gods Of Fortune', representing Hunan Satellite TV to give the audience valuable gifts. This will allow the audience to not only enjoy the music, but also to celebrate the New Year happily. With new presents to take home, everyone will definitely be contented.

It is understood that the gifts will be given randomly to people chosen from the audience by SJM themselves, and they will hand them the gifts personally as a form of close interaction! Super Junior for new album next March


SM’s 13-member group Super Junior will be back in Korea for their new album next March after their last album ‘Don’t Don’t’ released in September 2007.

Super Junior leader Lee Teuk announced on SBS Gayo DaeJeon on 29th December, “We are in the midst of recording for our new album. The album is set to come next March.”

After their 2nd album, Super Junior released 2 unique groups Super Junior M and Super Junior Happy. This album will have Super Junior member back in to the main group again after 1 year and 6 months. Super Junior M will also end their activities by end-January in China.

17 Year-Old Super Junior M fan passes away


The 17 yr old girl has had heart problems since young. She cannot exercise but like all other teenagers, she has idols too, like super junior M. When she heard that they would be having a concert in Hong Kong, she spend $800 on the ticket and set off very early to the venue to grab a good seat.

After the concert starts at about 8pm, she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her chest the medics at the concert immediately sent her into the hospital but she passed away in the end. She said before she died that although she is very happy that she saw SJM face to face she regretted not having shook their hands and getting signatures from them so SJM signed the CD and gave it to her father who said that he would burnt it[?] for her.
