I use Intel Express 965 video chips set and I get black screen with only sound in full screen mode now :/

You can't (and shouldn't) compare different videos, when it comes to assessing quality. As far as the new feature is concerned, the player wasn't changed in any way, so the quality of videos in LQ when viewed with the large function should not change. The only update introduced by Shinji is the H.264 encoded videos (and a new buffering sign... but that's beside the point).

Like someone said a while ago, the quality of a video depends on the quality of the original upload, so if you compare the images of two completely different videos, you're comparing oranges with apples. Some videos have good quality, even at LQ (e.g. Dennou Coil), while others have many artifacts, even when viewed at HQ (e.g. Demashita! Powerpuff Girls Z).

So in short, the quality of LQ videos when viewed at large should not have changed.

i agree!!!

for those who does not have star (like ME :D:D) are in disadvantage
cos all the video looks really bad when it's enlarge

There are more problems now that I've never encountered before. I had the black screen with audio only yesterday but that could be solved by clicking 'larger'. But today I don't get anything at all. The player doesn't even load. I don't see the player.

Hi Shinji,
a H.264 coding should be uploaded at full hd 1080x768 or whatever in order to be fully hd. Otherwise it's just high quality with stretching - which in turn causes the picture to become pixelated
