No, it does not mean that non-supporters can no longer watch. Do the following troubleshooting tips to see if will fix your problem: 1. Can you stream videos off different sites (i.e. YouTube)? If you can't, then there's something wrong with your FlashPlayer Plug-in. Check and see the following: [click the spoiler tag to see the checkpoints] Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide 1.1 Check for overriding plug-ins ~ your internet uses a plug-in (in this case, Adobe FlashPlayer) to stream video content. However, if you have another multimedia program that acts as a primary data streamer for your computer (i.e. Windows Media Player, QuickTime, etc.), check to make sure that the settings of your player do not override the streaming functions of your browser. In other words, make sure that your media player is not the default player for streaming video content off your computer. 1.2 Check to make sure your java script is turned on ~ setting the java script on depends on the browser you're using. Use the help topics of your browser to figure out how to turn on your java script. 1.3 Clear your cookies and your cache ~ same as turning on your java script, doing this may depend on the browser you're using. Use the help topics of your browser to figure out how to clear your cache and delete your cookies. If none of these resolve your issue, try using a different browser and test to see if the same problem persists If videos can be streamed on other sites, but not CR, proceed to the next number. 2. Episode 4 for Gunslinger Girl 2 Il Teatrino cannot play in H.D. I get a green screen when I try it. The other episodes work fine though.

I use the spoiler tags to sort the information in the post, thus reducing the clutter. It's just a little technique to make things tidier, in a post. EDIT to below: Longer posts... I'd rather keep the post short. |

When are you guys going to finish adding h.264 high quality to all of the videos on crunchyroll? Some examples are Lucky star and etc..... I know there are a shit load of videos on crunchy but I'm still rooting for you guys xD!!

We dont do it. The encoder does, and that is an automated process. There thousands of videos here, plus the hundreds being uploaded.

several series end up without subtitles after h,264 encoding, i can only imagine the problem with this is the soft-subs not going through on the encode. sumomomo momomo, ookiku furikabutte, some episodes of major... it seems that the soft subs get lost in the translaition to h.264 as high quality and low quality work fine. just reporting a bug as asked to do ^^ thanks!
