What angers me about some of the anime fans out there! You ask?
Kids that read or watch dubs/subs and think thats what there really saying.
Like the word Kisama! Kisama most kids mistakingly think means Bastard! "thats a Big NO!"
Japan does not have a word for fatherless children, that is why they used the English word Bastard!!
Japan It self do not have swear words, at most they have rude words. Such as the word Kisama : Ki - Precious / sama - polite honorific. In other words a closer translation of the word would be you girly boy, Or sissy! At most the word could translate to scumbag.

Have you ran into similar fans? How do usually react. Do you correct them? Or do you let them be blissful in there own ignorants?

Cool. No I haven't met people such as you've described.

Extended response:
I hate the over-enthusiastic anime fans who base their everyday antics on the most recent series they watch, and plaster their environment with merchandise on their favourite ones. To a very varied extent, about half the people on this forum is included.

End extended response.

'Lucky for us people grow out of that usually. As for accepting subs as if there exact translations and not jazzed up to get watchers, is something most kids do not grow out of, they just except it as truth, and a miss lead into thinking words that may mean on thing is really a gasp!!!! Swear word!!! I am shocked to find how many people do not even know that Japan does not have swear words.'

Who says that those "rude words" you were talking about are not considered swearing? Japan has a culture that emphasizes etiquette and respect, so anything very disrespectful could be considered swearing, even if it doesn't directly translate to something extremely offensive. For the cases in which there is no direct translation for certain words, subbers use the closest word they can think of that conveys a similar message; you even pointed that out yourself. In that sense, I don't think the translation to swearing is necessarily wrong.

I do agree that anime fans who use Japanese words frequently are annoying though, especially when they probably aren't learning Japanese for real. But I think it's better to ignore them than to complain about it.

Let me explain something Swear words are words that are shun that people should not used.

As for the rude words in Japan they do not shun those words, its a low class rude way of talking to them, but they them selfs do not conceder them swearing.

They think of it a lot like a way to show that your angry. Such as pointing and yelling YOU! at someone. You in it self is not a swear word, but it is rude to yell You in public at someone. That is the way the Japanese use those rude words.

As for the Subber comment. Pointing at someone all angry like at yelling 'YOU!" works both in English and Japanese alike, in the same way. So tell me why did the subber feel the need to change the word to Bastard? The fact is Its a trick used to draw in watcher, the subber is jazzing the show up to make it more to there or his liking.
Most people don't even realize that Naruto and Bleach was targeted at 8+ year olds in Japan (fact.)

Americans in general have been very desensitized to swearing, especially the younger generations. Even if there are people, like me, who feel that swearing is very offensive, many other people think of swearing as merely a stronger form of expression, such as conveying anger, sadness, or surprise. Our subbers may feel the same way about swearing, so they have no problem using those words.

And I can understand your point on hyping up the show, but it works doesn't it? Besides, subs are probably not targeted at elementary school kids, they are more for the teens and up. I'm sure most teenagers would find it awkward if people who wanted to kill each other just screamed, "YOU!!!" all the time. Subbers want to make a show appealing and understandable at the same time, so they incorporate a bit of American culture into the subs so it sounds more natural.

And this is where the fans make a mistake. Because of the Subbers changes, they think this anime not meant for kids! Even if the story and plot is indeed made for 8 year olds in mind. Should not the subber stay true to the group and story that the creator made it for. Instead by adding in other words, there inconvertingly changing the story, and who it was made for. Example Conan the Adventurer was a show with action and violence in, they did not need swearing to show his anger, why does naruto? Is Conan so much better at showing his anger than Naruto that Naruto needs help with swear words?

Conan would Often Yell YOU!! Why does YOU!! work for Conan but not Naruto?

I wouldn't go as far as saying that swearing changes the story, but I don't think there's anything wrong with changing the intended audience. Americans don't get a lot of anime on daytime TV, which is what most kids watch, so subbers aren't gonna appeal to kids who probably have no clue that there is such a thing as subs on the net that you can download via torrent/irc. As I said before, the vast majority of their viewers are teenagers and up. The kids can watch the dubbed, filtered, version of Naruto while we older viewers can have our subs. Relating this to the main issue, it is simply a matter of ignorance. The viewers won't realize that the translations aren't 100% accurate until they are either told so or they start learning Japanese. You can't blame them for it. Sure, we can take measures to inform them, but I don't see it as such a big issue anyways. Whenever you meet someone who makes that mistake, just tell them the truth, and inform the fans one person at a time.

But you missing the big point...Japanese business doesn't care where it comes from at longest is $$$. Also in any other language this kind of issues repeat. Like, the word "Bomb," in some countries there is a big no no, but in others aren't serious. It depends how people intrepated the language. Like how they use the words as slang, or informal, or formal.

Yes, I have met people from the way you describe them, but I don't pay attention to them, or I go with the flow.

Do you ignore leaky pipe? In the end ignoring does not fix things, it only makes you have to pay more in the long run, one way or another.

I have a story for you, I was picking up a gift for my niece a gift. so I was going to pick her up animeeshon, The only thing I could find in the store was Bleach so that was it, the person at the counter asked who I was buying for. I said my little 6 year old niece. He looked at me like I was a monster! He was like: you do know that the show is not for kids right!: I just about fell on the ground laughing at him. with a small smirk I try to explain to this kid working at the store that no Bleach is indeed made for kids, and my niece father is Japanese and she is used to those type of cartoons. He was like ...NOOOOooo This show is not for kids no no no! I was getting such a kick out of this persons craziness wen it came to me pointing out yes its for kids to him. So what I did is on one of my work trips I brought back a Bleach anime non-dubbed right from a store in japan. What do you think it said right on the back? "For all ages!!!" Not teens but kids of all ages. That kid that worked in the store still after seeing that still try to say NO its for teens and that I was not a anime fan because I was putting down anime! For saying it is for kids.

For 16 or 17 year old kids like him, I think subbers should not jaz up a show so they get how the show really is so they can learn that its not disrespecting a anime to know what age group it really was intended for.

Sorry I get a rambling.
