he hasn't told Yuuki his real feelings at that moment simply because it wasn't the good moment to say that...if he had told her that he loved her then she would have been torn between Kaname and Zero and whatever the choice she would have made back then(Kaname or Zero) she would have been terribly hurt. I think that at that moment, in not confessing explicitely his true feelings, Zero has made the right choice...he has saved her from having a guilty conscience!
