The April issue (released on March 2) of Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine has announced that Koge Donbo's Kamichama Karin Chu manga will end in the next issue, which goes on sale on April 3 in Japan. Kamichama Karin Chu is a continuation of Donbo's earlier Kamichama Karin title, but no announcement has been made about whether Koge Donbo will start a new series. Both manga series revolve around a girl who discovers she can transform into a goddess and protect the world with other individuals of similar powers. Kodansha published seven volumes of the first series and six volumes so far of the second series.

Del Rey will publish the first volume of the Kamichama Karin Chu manga this June in North America. (Tokyopop published the earlier Kamichama Karin manga in North America.) The original story was adapted into a 26-episode anime television series that ran from April to September of 2007 in Japan.

I don't want to disappoint everyone but to answer most everybody's confusion, Kamichama Karin Chu won't be an anime. There has been no official news from Konge Donbo. The rumour of Kamichama Karin Chu coming out in June started from the news of Del Rey publishing the english version of KKChu manga to be released as shown above. A previous rumour that KKChu will come out in anime on April or September 2008 was also spreaded throughout CR but of course it wasn't true since the news was referring to KKChu manga only.

Some Kamichama Karin Groups in CR continue to monitor if there will be any news of KKChu in the future:

They'll be announcing for further notices.
Hope this explanation helps.

That's what I thought, but ppl keep leading us on with rumors.
Besides, I don't think there WILL be KKC in anime form because some stuff from KKC appeared in this anime.

How? I mean, I think Jin kinda messed up the story... >_< It was gonna be all KarinxKazune romantic moments all the time until he showed up... not that i don't like him, but still.....

I know. Everyone's wanting it. But Konge-Donbo won't give any further announcements for a while. She's making another manga.

yes i agree it is good but lets just support koge donbo because she's trying her best to make another season of kamichama karin and she has to work on other manga's so lets just be satisfied with KKchu. Also i think she has a good story coming for KKchu i mean she did for kamichama karin right!?

Hmm.. but in the last episode of Kamichama Karin, it did say "We will look forward to seeing you in the next season of Kamichama Karin! Kamichama Karin Chu!" Or something like that O_O

no it didn't.... it probably says "see you next time", but that DOESN'T mean another season will come. in season 2 of super gals, it ended iwth "see you again" and that was the end of it.

Well I can understand why Koge Donbo wont make KKC in anime coz she is busy with other mangas at the moment.... like the one "Naki Shoujo no Tame no Pavane" and "Dokidoki Tama-tan!" so KKC wont come out anytime soon.
