Long story short, my laptop was destroyed and I need a new one. There was sauce involved. Moving on...
Basically, I want it to have a lot of memory for videos, music, and games. I multi-task a lot, so it needs to be fast even with a bunch of programs open. No Mac, please.

If you can offer advice on laptops you've actually used, it'd be really appreciated. ^^

my laptop is an Acer (yea yea i know) 6920g with a 2.1ghz core 2 duo, 2gb 667mhz DDR 2, 320gb Hard Drive, A 512mb Nvidia Geforce 9500 video card, 16" screen, HDMI port and so on. I think the price went up to $1500 Australian and when we got it, it cost $1200 but, after that my parents were able to get enough discounts on it to bring it down to $300!

I can do all my gaming, video editing and everything else on it. But u seriously should get a mac unless u really don't have the money. Also EA games (from now on) and Blizzard (all of their games out there) make all their games for both windows and mac. And on a mac u can just put windows on it along with the mac os so u still get the best of both worlds.

A simple "What?" would do just fine. And yeah, sorry I didn't know it's not allowed to ask for advice. My bad. :/
