I agree with that...and of recent the chapters have umm...been dragging... ^_~;;; as much as I love the series I'm not sure the manga-ka knows what direction she's trying to take anymore with it. Also, with it taking that long there probably won't be a 3rd season. Very very very few animes are ever revived after that long a period of time. Look at Tsubasa Chronicle...it had a HUGE fanbase and they've only made a couple crap OVA since the main series and have never finished it. That manga has been completed now too, but there is no sign of an ending for it.

I would really hope there is going to be a new season. Hopefully since the manga is still going there will be. But since they finished publishing the second season in like 2007 and still haven't started up with the third season I just don't know. But I'm still hopeful!

I will be heart-broken and devastated if there is no 3rd season. I'm also confused though since 2009 people have been saying "Lets wait a few years and see." Well VK fans....I'm really sorry for saying this and its gonna hurt me alot to type it but...I don't think theres going to be a season 3. I've searvhed online and I found answers from fans and they are all either "Yes, No or Maybe or Idk."

Well really you never know for sure. If years later the anime still has a slightly large fan-base out there, they may continue it at some point, no promise on anytime soon though. You never know what to expect from the industry. Just this year they finished off and did the last season of Inuyasha and its been years since it ended, but the fans were still there, and wanted an anime based adaptation ending that closed all of the gaps left by the season before. Not Inuyasha alone, they seem to have been doing final seasons for tons of older anime. Just try not to think about it, and maybe in a couple years we'll get the 3rd season.

Well I unno about you folks, but I get the feeling that the manga will be ending shortly here... Just a personal opinion, and as such, the best bet for the third season will be when the manga ends, if it does, since lets face it, there were a good 10 or so chapters at minimum that had nothing happen in them |

A much as I want a third season, unless there a strong demand in Japan and US, I don't think we will ever see one.
