I have the headband. Interesting its because I got this headband from getting the anime membership that I started playing crunchyland.
The headband feels good. As its a % bonus, even if at high level it will still come handy.
But you sacrifice some stats boast in exchange for 5% (small amount i feel) experience boast.
If your other equipment are strong, its worth giving up the stats boast (if you buy other hats) for the 5%.
If you having problem fighting monster, then its better to equip some stats boast hats instead

When I signed up back at the beginning of January it said I would receive the headband for signing up, I do not see it anywhere.

it was a limited time offer for those before the cruncyroll anime membership thingy was like advertised everywhere..>< i got my membership in like the beginnering of december 08...and i have a headband =o
Edit: Or it could be it was only for certain individuals who prepaid alot in advanced..my membership doesn't expire till like sometime in 2010 lol
