Hero Jaejoong turned down cast offer for Iris season 2
 KBS2TV drama Iris, the Iris production representative explains, “We are already planning Iris season two, filming will begin in May of next year at the earliest.” According to the representative, they already have plans for Iris season two; they will be filming in China, Japan, Europe, and other locations. Iris lead actor is predicted to not be able to take a part in Iris season two, due to his already scheduled Hollywood film. Aside from him, other actors have possibilities of reappearing in season two, but until now nothing have been confirmed. Related person informed reporters: “There was a proposal of having DBSK’s Hero Jaejoong to appear in Iris season 1. Also have him appear in the first season grand finale episode 20, then in season 2 have him officially appear, but this could not happen because Jaejoong turned down the part. T.O.P’s unaired kiss scene
Last week, Big Bang's T.O.P was supposed to kiss actress Jooni on episode 14 of the hit drama IRIS. But for some reason it never aired. Seo In Young sings for IRIS
 Yet again, another IRIS soundtrack song has been released! The last addition to the soundtrack is December's Can't You Come Back; the the MV was also released recently following the track release a few days ago. The latest artist to take part in the soundtrack is Seo In Young! Although Seo In Young was busy preparing for Jewelry's upcoming repackaged album, she took her time to take part in IRIS's soundtrack as well. The song is titled Can't I Love, and is composed by hit composer Jo Young Soo and writer Kang Eun Kyung. The song will express the pain Lee Byung Hun and Kim Tae Hee are suffering from their relationship. Seo In Young's agency Star Empire Entertainment stated: This song will satisfy all the fans who has liked Seo In Young's melancholic voice. I hope you guys will give lots of love to IRIS' OST and of course, Jewelry's upcoming repackage album. Artists who have taken part in the soundtrack include Baek Ji Young, Shin Seung Hoon, Kim Tae Woo, Big Bang and December. Kwon Sang-woo for IRIS 2?
 With Lee Byung-heon most likely leaving the IRIS franchise behind when the series ends later this month, how would you feel about Kwon Sang-woo stepping in as the next leading man? According to Kwon himself, he was offered that possibility. On December 11, he appeared on the KBS morning show Yeo Yoo Man Man to say, “These days, I’m enjoying watching IRIS. Actually, the movie I’m filming now (Into the Gunfire) is being made by the same production company as IRIS, and I received an offer to be in IRIS 2.” However, a rep from Kwon’s side made sure to clarify the situation in a phone interview with My Daily on the 11th: “Kwon Sang-woo is currently filming the movie Into the Gunfire, and IRIS hasn’t ended yet. Casting talks aren’t yet serious. When he met with the production company president, he was asked lightly, ‘What do you think of doing it?’ IRIS 2 doesn’t yet have a director or actors, and it’s not time for casting talks yet. He was only expressing that he likes the show. Kwon Sang-woo isn’t the type to decide on a project easily. Currently, he’s fielding a lot of offers within Korea and from abroad. Of course, if he ends up shooting IRIS 2 that would be great, but the script and role may change.
