Planning on picking up a copy of Max Payne 3 however, played it at a friends house and its pretty good. Always look up reviews before you buy a game, learned this lesson the hard way. It will save you money!

Then his/her negative review may lead someone to pass the game over instead of giving it a try. I definitely read reviews though, just saying that some times these reviews chase people away. It's difficult, because it's impossible to write a non-biased review. The nature of a review is biased. I read a bad review for The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky, and therefore I passed over the game. However, a few months later, I was itching to buy a new game and decided to go for it. My God, I'm so glad I did; the game is absolutely amazing, one of the best I've ever played.

I thought the game was going to be great and the gameplay looked like a lot of fun. After about 4 hours, i was wondering what the hell was going on in the story and laughing at the terrible dialogue. I ended up getting irritated at the awkward pacing of the story and how I didn't really have any idea of where I was going. Gross.

I mean, I could tell from the plot that the game wasn't going to be any good. Turns out the gameplay and whatnot was also quite bad. Anyways, I felt that Final Fantasy XIII was a little disappointing for me. It's probably just the fact that I suck at it, but I've tried as hard as possible to beat the game and I never can get past these bosses where you only have 2 party members where the supportic character always dies, leaving you screwed basically. I also kinda felt that the leveling-up system in FFXIII was confusing, as well as the cutscenes. But that's just probably me. I was expecting better. Also another one that I didn't really much care for was Dragon Age: Origins. I just can't seem to get into it for some reason. I don't know - maybe the cheesiness?
