when i tried doing that but with the same picture it won't work. well actually i'm trying to do a mirroring effect.

The only problem with this method is it sometimes leaves bits of the background leftover, plus it's kind of inaccurate I can still see parts of the arrow used in the sample But then again, this is the only method I know of render

u can actually use the maginific tool thats hidden under the lasso tool. i use the quick selection tool and lasso tool and sometimes the magnific tool(it has better curves and cuts smal parts)

well. i can help ^-^ u can use the lasso tool to cut the parts out. or use the magnific tool thats hidden bhind the lasso tool instead. hope this is helpful :D
