If some one is sad or angry thats fine for a little while but to go arrond all day lookin and acting like some one pissese in your corn flakes everyday is stupid. What ever it is that makes em emo they need to suck it up and get over it.

I have a lot of hate i mean A LOT OF HATE but if i went arround pissed off all the time venting on people ide be in jail.
just gotta get over it and move on.

People that are emo cuz they think its cool = retards.
People that are emo due to hormonal imbalance = see a doctor and get that shit fixed.

It kind of depends.

If you dress like a "stereotypical emo", it's not bad, it's just a style. It's horrible, tacky, and I honestly wish it didn't exist, but it's just a style. People can dress how they like and no one has any room to object. Besides, all of those kids will grow up and it'll just be a thing of the past.

If you are truly hurt and can't seem to smile - like you have a real reason to be depressed - then it's not bad. But I doubt those people go around calling themselves "emo". I have met depressed people and most aren't very proud of it like the stereotypical emo seems to be. But whatever goes. Maybe some people with real depression problems fit in with the "emo" clique because they just want somewhere to belong? I'm not really sure.

If you're going around wearing all black, repeatedly saying things like "ugh, I'm so emo" or "I love being emo" or just calling yourself emo over and OVER.... or just being fake and wanting attention - THAT is bad. It's annoying. Especially the ones who think they are totally nonconformist when they are absolutely like everyone else with horrible haircuts and fingerless gloves.

I only think it's really stupid if it's for the wrong reasons. I can't judge the entire stereotype all in one foul swoop. It all depends on the person and how they handle it.
