It seems as though we need a place to drop suggestions for anime. If you have a suggested drama or anything else check those topics.

When suggesting anime, try to provide an accurate name, any genres it may fall under, and possibly the year it came out. Pictures and links are always great too. I'll be working on my suggestions and submit them as well.

Also, if you're suggesting more than one anime, try to provide a rating or ranking system so we know what's at the top of your list.

I watch a lot of action for the most part but not just any action I like deep storyline and intriguing charchters. So heres a list:
1. Claymore and or Advent Children
2: Vampire D
3:Blood the Last Vampire
4..Death Note and or Elfen Lied
5. Akira
6. Soul Eater (have to be in the right mood "cough" "cough" puff puff
7. Berserk (all except the ending)

thats just a start I will put up more when I can think of them. At the bottom of the list is the worst of the worst here

Paprika (I know many would disagree I couldnt even watch it all)
Naruto (please do not plauge me for answers)
Gantz ( it goes from slightly interesting to down right stupid in 3 episodes I sat through 12 of them I dont know why)
Mnemosyne ( its kinda a weird one I did like it but not for the reasons you would think it was just as good as it was terrible and despite popular belief its not hentai)
Xenogears (never watched the series played all the games and learned more weird future polotics then I would ever want

One Outs (currently airing... although I think it's either on the final or the final to last episode)

genre: gambling, psychological, sports

summary from anime news network:
Plot Summary: Hiromichi Kojima, the star batter of the Lycaons, heads to Okinawa to train and bring himself out of a slump. There, he meets Toua Tokuchi, a 134-kmph/83 mph pitcher and the undisputed king of a gambling form of baseball called "One Out." At Kojima's urging, Tokuchi signs up with the Lycaons. His contract differs form the usual, though, in that he gets 5,000,000 yen for every out he pitches, but loses 50,000,000 yen for every point he gives up.

I think this is really fun to watch ...theres no luffy fluffy-ness to this anime. It's kind of a nice change of pace.

Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu

genre: comedy

summary: Hale was a happy boy living out his days in the jungle with his mother, but then one day Guu showed up and became a member of their household. Throughout the series he faces many hardships as he tries to keep Guu out of trouble in the jungle.

This show is ridiculously funny and silly. I laughed out loud in every episode. There are 2 seasons and an OVA I think...

Ive started washing Casshern Sins and its pretty good a little bit basic and mostly action. Its really depressing and sad though. I like it u should give it a chance. I almost turned it off cause the main characters looks like a cross between a Power Ranger and Mega Man. Give it a chance.

Peace

Here's my recommended series for the current Fall/Winter season.

Gundam 00 Second Season

Action, Mecha, Futuristic Drama
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 is my first taste of any Gundam series. I've seen a few mech and mecha series before and of course I've heard of the Gundam universe. I started with the first season and I would recommend the same. The characters are amazing and the drama is thick. I really enjoy the future setting and the detail put into the politics. There is a lot of politics, but not so much that I ever got tired of it. If you're a fan of mech anime's I probably don't need to recommend this to you because you're already watching it, but if not please give it a taste.

Nodame Cantabile(Paris)

Romance, Comedy, Classical Music
This is the second sequel I'm watching this season. This happens to be the sequel of one of my favorite animes. Nodame Cantabile can sweep me away like no other show. There's really only two great personalities on the show and that's Chiaki and Nodame, the two main characters. Their relationship, if you want to call it that, is only rivaled by the music they play. The soundtrack to this anime has been in the works for centuries and the quality is very evident. My appreciation for classical music is reborn during each episode. I also need to mention Nodame is hilarious. Gyaboooo.

Toradora!

Slice of life, Comedy, High School
There's a million of these series. A group of odd, over dramatic high school students and their relationships serve as the staple for any anime fan looking for entertainment. This one isn't much different from the rest. The main female role is a fast tempered loli. The main male role is an angry faced homemaker. They claim their love for other members of their circle of friends, but it's obvious there's a connection and dependency between the two. I enjoy it and expect most others to do the same.

Michiko to Hatchin

Action, Comedy, Style
From the people who brought us Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo, a new anime emerges and soaks up our attention and imagination all over again. The setting looks as though it's a late 70's/early 80's Brazil. The story follows a "Diva" convict who breaks out of prison and comes to the rescue of a young girl who can't catch a break with her foster parents. Through their adventures, connections between the two characters become apparent despite the obvious differences in personalities. This show oozes style and personality. Curvy long legged Brazilians are definitely in season right now.
