i dont know if its just the places i go to, but people who take your order and other employees that work at fast food restraunt dont even know what they are supposed to do or dont know how to make the food
for example, i order a filet 'o' fish at Mcdonalds and the burder wasnt even stacked properly, half the fish was sticking out of the burger and the sauce was just all in one side
another example, i saw a lady order a kids chicken nuggets at Mcdonalds and the person who took the order asked how much nuggets are those, when the menu says 4
so if you have seen or heard any experiences with this kinda stuff, just share

Ok, yes. At fast food resturants you have the potential for poor workers (double meaning in that word, let me tell you) because it's a minimum wage job. They rarely fire any one, just cut thier hours. Management is paid maybe a dollar more than the crew, so why would they feel the need to strive for exellence? Also there's a very high turn over rate, so you can bet 9 times out of 10 someone is in training.

As to the 4 pc thing. That's an honest question now because of the 6pc Mighty Kids Meal.

It's not that they are dumb it's just that they get paid whether they put it together properly or if they just slop it together.

I don't know anyone that could eat a Fillet o' Fish. Those things are so nasty.

i think the filet o' fish is the only thing that acctually taste like its supposed to, the other burgers with meat doesnt really taste like beef and it seems so dry. also i dont think they would want to do a slop job cause where i live the people get real cranky and would give the employees attitude and i always hear people say how useless they are and such

I just hate fish.
And, I always get the chicken McNuggets. lol.

Yes, most of them anyways. Their mostly just teenagers that are just trying to earn some cash and something to put on their resume. They seem..stupid too.

Well, it's probably the lack of encouragement from the managers to the employees, I mean how can you have efficiency if the workers are not satisfied by their demands. A happy workplace with a great manager can definitely solve a whole bunch of problems. Patrons or customers would enjoy their meal without commenting of negatively of the food/service. Due to most workers hate to work in a fast food joint as "rumors" tend to spread in high school through friends and experiences. An ideal job would be something with a nice but good manager with qualities such as communication, respect for others and him/herself, and leadership. So, what's with the manager? It's definitely a granted to have an experienced manager especially during "crunch times." Note the phrase 'experienced manager' As a experienced manager, he/herself should too of been once of the labour force. With demands met, employees would enjoy going to work and customers would come back again for another enjoyable meal. Okay you got a bad manager, then what? Deal with it, or just quit like the wussy you are. Even if you do work at a fast-food joint, try to make the best out of it. Make new friends, tell jokes to keep spirits up and I'm pretty sure your next burger combo won't be a sloppy piece of shit and I'm pretty sure you will keep your customer satisfied if not more.

lol... the employees are hating nearly every minute of their job, how can you expect them to past a smile on thier face and offer excellent services? The managers in the fastfood industry are much worse, hiring people without seeing if they're experienced, capable of doing the job correctly, just to fill in the spot. Basically, the workers want money, not compliments on how they run.

Though I do think their damn disrespectful. They don't even put an effort. I wouldn't either, but... you know.

uhhh, in any restraunt you get hired in you have to pass training before you get to work there so i think they would need to know what they are selling in the restraunt. also im not asking for them to smile or excellent service, im just asking them to take my order and make me a burger with everything in it and stacked well enough so that nothing falls out immiediatley when i try to hold it

thats only in regular restaurants. for fast food places you only have to pass the interview and u can start work pretty rite away. its a learn as you go process. at least here it is

ohhh, well the manager should still teach them to provide better service then or at least make the food look somthing like the food in the commercial

yeh now that i think about it, managers are responsible on their performance and stuff so this is partially the managers fault and also the employees since they are able to or dont want to do a good job

All of the stupid ghetto kids get jobs at fast food restaurants (not saying that all the ppl working there are stupid and ghetto, but a lot of them are). The kids with home training work at the restaurants that are one step higher.
