It turns out to be a happy ending as I predicted; however I did not really understand the two Takumi at the end. Apparently, they were discussing something about "living" and suddenly Rimi recognize Taku's voice that reminded her of the older Takumi on the wheel chair. My question is... did the older Takumi took over/reunited in Taku's body (younger one)?

I am hoping if someone/anyone can clear this thought in my head. I would like to understand the ending as I feel like I am missing something here.

Other than this... how did you like the ending? (:

Thanks.

Q) How did I like the ending?

A) Wasn't all that great, the ending was a bit plain even if it were a happy ending. Wish they would of shown the relationship develops between all the main characters. But, then again oh well. That's all I have to comment about.

This is what I gather happened with that last part (going to refer to the "old" takumi as Takumi, and the "new" takumi as Taku)

Taku I think inherited all the memories of Takumi and thats why Rimi reacted as she did at the end there. The works Taku was saying were the same lines that Takumi said to Rimi earlier in the series. So I would guess that you are right in saying Takumi and Taku are now together as one being.

They did not become one :)

the young takumi just decided that it was ok for him to exist

and

the old one died because of that disease that kills him the more his giglomaniax power is used (young takumi)

and its not that Remi recognized taku's voice she just recognized the dialog, they share the same voice, cuz they the same person

:)

hope it helped

OH and the reason they have the same memories is because they r the same person, its just that takumi didnt get a grasp on them until the ending :)

remember all those dreams he was having? i guess that was his way of dealing with em (im talking about da dreams, not his delusions)

I liked it, it was short but sweet. And yeah I do think that they're "one" now because basically they're both the same person, so when the older version of himself dies I think those memories are just automatically absorbed by him, since technically he's still there.

But does anyone know how he just sort of came up with that code when he was little? It never really explained that.

the series was great!!!

but the ending was kinda... I don't know... didn't really like it... I feel like there should be more than that...

anyway... I don't think they united... rimi just remembered the old takumi because of the new takumi's words...
or something like that...

The TRUE BAD END would have been depressing.

I guess this is the best they could do.

They let Nanami keep her hand after all.

I conclude that OP is an idiot.

They really cheated to make the episode the correct length... but now I understand the differences between A and AA more clearly now.

Both:
Either way he accepts that he and Shogun exist (No answers to 'there is no me' 'there is no you') yet he is still his own being (No answer to 'I am not myself')

A:
Taku chooses Shogun over Rimi. He accepts the fact that he and Shogun are "one in the same" (Yes answers to 'you are me' and 'I am you') and because of him being unable to be independant of Shogun, he rejects the girls and the fact that he came from a delusion (No answers to 'you are big brother' 'you are honorable nishijou' 'you are takumi' 'you are takumishan' 'you are nishijou' and 'you are taku' as well as a No answer to 'I am a existance of delusion') but decides that he is still 'Takumi Nishijou' (yes to 'I am takumi nishijou') and decides to die in hopes that his 'real self' can live just a bit longer.

AA:
Taku chooses Rimi. He knows that he and Shogun are "one in the same" (Yes answers to 'you are me' and 'I am you') but because he values the life that he has had and the people he has met despite the fact that he was born from delusions (Yes answers to 'you are big brother' 'you are honorable nishijou' 'you are takumi' 'you are takumishan' 'you are nishijou' and 'you are taku' as well as a Yes answer to 'I am a existance of delusion') and that it is because of all of those things that he is who he is (yes to 'I am takumi nishijou').

BAD END =/= TRUE END

Seriously, I don't know where the hell people come up with these assumptions. True ends depend on how the credits are displayed. AA is true end.

i thought that the takumi [old one] took over taku[young one] b/c when rimi reconigzed the old takumi's voice, he said "i also love you"...meaning that he's telling her that he also loves her??

episode 11 is great and make the ending episode look plain
furthermore the happy ending does not really suitable for the series if it does support by it previous episode

I prefer happy endings to sad and depressing ones, though. If Takumi (the delusion one) had died, I'll feel really angry, frustrated and sad.
