though the story line of the korean mangas are good and realistic, i just came not to like it very much. because i don't like the way the characters were drawn or sketch to. uhm, frankly speaking, it's not cute. i love cute things and i adore them. japanese mangas do have wild imagination at times but i really love how it was drawn (some of them). that's why i prefer japanese mangas over korean mangas, :DD

They can draw pretty well, and with a lot of detail. Koreans have a very unique art style and most have a less bold detail, unlike Japanese manga.
Although Japanese manga has its very own good points as well. It has a unique something I can't quite point out, that isn't found in manwha.
I like a certain work not according to its country of origin but its plot and art style. xD

i don't like their drawing style..
it pisses me off how i get lost in the story since im used to read from right to left, & some Korean manga makes since when read like that, & i keep reading until i reach a point where i realize I've read it in the wrong way..
simply saying...
I HATE IT!!

The art is more beautiful and realistic as well as the plot compared to Japanese manga.
But it would only attract super-lovestruck girls in Japan.
Japan succeeds in comedy and action.
Korea succeeds in romance and action.
I think that's why everyone loves Korean dramas |

Only manwhas I've read so far are the ones by Im Dal Young and some other ones forgot the names been a while,but just waiting for the next chapters to come out. But manwhas are actually good, just don't prefer reading historical one.

Manwhas are more realistic but the thing is they mostly have fighting in um and theres gangs and stuff

I prefer manhwas, because the story plot (to me) is more intresting even thou sometimes the art is uglier than manga, But manga all have the same story lines D: if they are shoujo or they are relleh predictable, korean's tend to surprise me and they are funnier to me, but maybe im juss being biased.

I like manwhua but it seems that all of them have a reoccuring theme, girl wants to find love, is weak, i gets in trouble with some big gang member then she finds guy and they fall in love
like Dedicated to roses.....liked the begining cuz it proved she could kick ass then all the drama happened and she turned week
but i do like Legend
If you want a good manwhua read Princess, but i dont think they have it on mangafox anymore. im pissed cuz they didnt even finish it
