Are you a binge eater?
If so, how do you handle it?

I'm not... but I'm sort of not eating a lot these past weeks... and I lost 5 pounds ><

Nope, but I've learned a lot about psychiatric disorders in school.

I say just eat in portions and frequently rather than big meals. And eat food that are full in nutritional value rather than high in sodium and preservatives. Exercise daily or at least walk 30min/day to bump up your metabolism and your hunger will come normal. Just don't eat too fast or overeat.

You're still young but you need to eat so you will reach your maximum growth potential. If you are malnourished at a young age you may not grow as tall as you're suppose to be/ be prone to injury/ etc...

Wow thats a tall height for that age lol... Dunno how much more you'll grow XD.

But why are do you think you stopped eating? Is there anything going on to in your life that focuses your attention on that matter than what your body wants? Loss of appetite is usually caused by something psychological and your body adjusts to that so you will tend to reject or food will look not as pleasing. Anything recent that happened?

No it's just I don't feel hungry... at ALL.
For example, I eat two spoons and I get full... it's not like I drink a lot of water or eat or drink something else to make myself that way.

Hmm... Usually the less you eat the tighter/smaller the stomach gets so you get full easily and may have to eat frequently. If you eat a lot and force a lot of food, your stomach gets bigger and you'll be clearing 3-4 plates of food. If you drink a lot of water you can make your stomach a little bigger and it will adjust to the intake so you can eat more but it all depends on you. If you're fine and always feel full of energy then you shouldn't worry about it at all. If you always feel tired or lacking of energy then you have to do something about it. If you're worried about it then I would try some daily exercises that will increase the metabolism/appetite.

I don't binge eat at all.
More like I can't actually.
My stomach can't take eating too much food at once.

For that height and age its alright. You're kinda in the minimum for donating blood so be sure you don't donate blood till you weigh a little more or get older and not to do any strainious activities when its hot outside mainly because you'll most likely have less blood supply than other 'heavier' girls (this also depends on how physically active you are) but you'll be prone to fainting. But you don't have to worry about donating blood cause its 16-17+ heh. But for that height it makes up for the weight but you prolly look really skinny! heh
