I guess its bad for protagonist. An Eternal living hell I suppose. well, his love for Kuromitsu's not eternal, Kuromitsu just make him go back over and over again to retain that love~

I was dissappointed.... Because, mainly, Kuon was my favorite character and it sucked to see him die like that... >_< And also that I kind of started to hate Kuromitsu... Because it's like.. everyone's getting killed and stuff, and she's just kicking back. She seems really manipulative, and she just wants to be with Kuro... While she's sort of toying around with everyone else(Such as Kuon).

And I thought it was horrible that Kuro wanted to die, because he didn't want to go through any more, but Kuromitsu is like 'waah I dont want to be alone'... And restarts the whole thing.

But overall, this was one of the best anime I've seen. Not too long, not too short, the right amount of violence, some humor, good character design, creativity, good intro I could never get tired of(thought I didnt like the ending song), good art, good voice acting, good good good.

how is she toying with this Kuon and everyone else???? uhm... by means of pleasure?? this has lots of nudity and violence right??

Yes his has a lot of violence and some nudity.. o_o If you haven't seen it, I probably shouldn't say.. But if you have

Or I could be just misunderstanding some things.

did kuromitsu engaged "sex" with others knowing she and kuro were a couple of somesort?? spoilers please >_< wahehe.. Just say yes or no so nothing would be spoiled..

these sort of things makes me really depressed so I would like to avoid watching these types of animes hahaha >_<

They have sex, pretty quickly actually. XD It's kinda like,"wut? already?" But they don't really show anything

Yups, and the sad things is that I believe people like Kuon and Rai will continue to die again and again, making Kuro suffer the sadness over and over again -.-
I hope the Creator would create a 2nd season to talk about Kuromitsu's past as well as releasing Kuro from that eternal suffering~

Kind of reminded me of Samurai Champloo it had the right amount of episodes and an ending that leaves you with the feeling of completeness. Not like other animes that one would want to continue onwards or those that everyone considers a waste of time

This is me while watching this anime

As for the anime end I believe it was bad what could be worse than that …wait a minute I don't want to know

Poor guy he had to go throw all of that over & over & will stay like that forever ..... just for her amusement she doesn't love him she's just toying with him & of course doesn't want to be alone …… I hated that women from the beginning never had a good feeling about her

That what I think anyway

I didn't interpret the ending to be anything of the sort... to me I saw it as a revealed premonition that Kurou had in the first episode when he paused at that instant, some kind of precognition (after all, why couldn't an immortal like Kurmitsu have given him a sort of vision?). I would have to therefore disagree with the love aspect, because everything in the last few minutes were like a cumulative product of all the possibilities that he may have had to endure, even if actually ended up experiencing things differently (as he did in the actual series), to be at the side of her. She wasn't malignant, she was cursed and had a different view of mortality (stemming from a wholly different worldview, as I'm sure any lonesome immortal would)- I'm sure she would view the sacrifices she imposed on others (such as Kuon) as merely inconsequential, if not a favor done for others from the prospect that life is a curse. That is my view anyway, if it makes sense.

Yups, the reasoning makes sense alot~ Though I think that if its just a premonition, then protagonist will try to kill himself or avoid going into the house where she'll meet Kuromitsu in episode 1. But the ending shows Kuro agrees to go into the house with Benkei after knowing everything at the last part of last episode -.-

I don't really think I can judge the 'goodness' or 'badness' of the ending... but, really, I wouldn't have liked it as much if it ended any other way.

After all the subtle hints and anachronistic elements in the story, it was not surprising that the producers gave it a 'neverending' spin at the end. So, technically, there is no real 'ending'?

Ah well. The important part's that it was a pleasure to watch (and nervewracking...)

Well, we are dealing with a supremely compelling and attractive lady who anyone would become stupid for... besides, infatuations/love is actually scientifically proven to turn off quite a few logical receptors in the brain. I'd be drawn to a thousand-years quest for that, haha ^_^

Ooh, yeah. Kuromitsu seems like she had nothing to do all/most of her life though... D: So maybe it's kinda like... no wonder.. but still, ugh. But still, there needs to be a second season. XD
