D.Gray Man Yaoi?

...Seeing this thread, I want to laugh and cry both bitterly at the same time.

One one hand, I'm disgusted by the illiterate yaoiz fangirls!!1 ^-^...

On the other, I'm even more disgusted by the homophobia. The homosexuality makes the anime/manga less COOL? What? A shame? Why is it shameful?

Yullen is my life. I don't care for yaoi, actually. Most of the time, I just skim over it because I find it boring. The romance is what interests me. So very often, BL is many times deeper, many many many times more complicated. I also support TykixLavi (I fell for it once I realized its unique greaterpervertxpervert combo, and the fact that they're totally moe. I mean, come on, a heartbreaker two-face with another person with 49 identities, and a growing heart to break? Of course, this pairing is AU-only. Well, then again, considering chapter 202, there ARE certain... /Oppurtunities/. Hurr.)

Ah, I absolutely love dark pairings. Call it "creepy" or whatever you like, but so what? They're beautiful nonetheless. Still, I will never like Poker Pair, though. Tyki loves to break, and Allen isn't someone who will break. He made a promise, he isn't going to break it, even if he ever hates himself. TykixLavi, or Lucky, is very dark indeed. Or should be. RhodexLenalee appeals to me as well. They're the only yuri/GL pairing I actually ship. (Random tidbit, the only two het pairings I support are ShinraxCelty (Drrr!!) and NaruHina (Naruto).) I'm not fond of lavi...Yuu, either. And that's me putting it in extremely light terms. To me, the chemistry is much too shallow and I don't believe in Kanda submitting. Such as gambling. But even then, I don't think he'd give in. If he did, then he'd top from bottom. And Laven, to me, is like shipping Ron and Harry.

Two things I absolutely despise. First, a sniveling, girly uke-Kanda or Allen. Second, Kanda being called "girly" and "feminine" and "cute" simply because he has long hair. Most people who do this are usually heavily unfamiliar with the anime or manga art style. Because really, that angular chin? The eyes?! And not to mention the BODY. Fffff.

Actually, many people are blind to the blinding gayness in shounen manga/anime. And I'm glad that anime producers finally realize that it's what really sells a fandom, since they have the most (quality, not quantity) passionate fans. Kuroshitsuji, KHR, Naruto, and Durarara are prime examples.

Here are examples. Sasuke and Naruto. It's pretty-self explanatory. Think about it this way: If you were to ask Naruto who the most significant, dear person to him was, do you really think he'd reply "Sakura"? And I believe that after the last stunt Sakura pulled, that endearment (read: infatuation) plummeted. Not only did they wear pendants of each other in the manga, kiss AGAIN in the Konoha Gakuen OVA, have reaaaallly shifty hints in openings and endings... On top of it all, Naruto basically

Do I really need to say any more? Besides, Naruto was a major reason he even lingered in Konoha as long as he did.

Also, Gaara. Dear lord. I was already pretty sure he had the... /Hots/ for Naruto, but after his speech in the recent chapters, I'm SURE. "This person I want to protect"... Errrrr. Also, it seems like he gets really vexed when matters concern Sasuke.

And it was one day while I was re-re-re-reading volume 4 of Naruto. "Oh, yeah! Zabuza and Haku! Man, they were practically like.. Like... Famil... HOLY CRAP THEY WERE GAY." And you know what? That's now something anyone can reasonably deny. They were /incredibly/... Not exactly /in love/, because like I said, BL is often more complicated. But yeah. Haku needed Zabuza. And Zabuza held him precious. They didn't have the aura of friends or family, but of soul mates.

Take that from someone who saw UlquirraxOrihime from miiiiiilllles away, an IchiHime fan (even to today) who knew ages ago that IchiRuki will be the ending couple. That girl who gropes Orihime is a humourous example, but what about Soi Fon, who was so obviously in love with Yoruichi? And personally, I think Tatsuki and Orihime are quite platonic, but they're shippable as well.

Code Geass... Oh lord, where do I even START. You-know-who's death scene, first of all. Lelouch's most precious person is Nunally, though his first romantic-ish love ([she] may have been first woman [he] ever loved, I quote) was Euphemia. First WOMAN. Cough. Well, Lelouch doesn't know crap about love, anyway. In the end, the most canon, mutual pairings were LelouchxCC and SuzaLulu. Even in Lelouch's final flashback, ordered from people least to most closest to his heart, the last people were, in this order: C.C., Nunally, and Suzaku. Also, Suzaku was the one that he trusted most, before the tragedy that broke them apart (but in my opinion, make their relationship that much deeper), they complement each other so perfectly it's as if they were made for each other. And if I know CLAMP, then they actually were. (Don't get me started about KuroFai and DoumekixWatanuki.) Euphemia, as a princess, made Suzaku her personal knight. Lelouch made Suzaku his personal Knight.

Gino had something for Suzaku. Nina was in love with Euphemia. CC and Kallen make a fan-service pairing. A girl at the academy professed to wanting to kiss Milly rather than Lelouch. Etc.

Neon Genesis Evangelion. Especially in the manga (which technically came before the anime), Kaworu fell for Shinji. Kaworu even kissed him, even though it was just to stop him from hyperventilating in his sleep. To Shinji, Kaworu wasn't insignificant. Kaworu decided that in the end, he wanted to die by Shinji's hands.

In the FMA movie, Shamballa, Roy waited not for Riza, but for Ed.

Kuroshitsuji is technically a shounen manga, but it's totally made for girls. I swear. The SebaCiel is just waaa-haaay too heavy. If anyone starts saying "EEEWWW PEDO", I will seriously consider whacking them upside the chin. Seriously. Their relationship goes waaaay beyond age. Ciel acts like a 30 year old most of the time, and Sebastian is centuries old. ...Well, okay, in my opinion not heavy enough. And Grell is amusing, but he's just there for comic relief. Mostly.

Nabari no Ou. YoitexMiharu much? Like, I'm serious. There's no denying this couple.
