GZ_anime-manga mentioned Female Samurai..
Samurai as a class was restricted to men alone. There were female warriors, like Tomoe Gozen, who fought in the likeness of a samurai along with samurai and was greatly respected, but the class specifics restrict female from becoming samurai.

Also, in reply to all those who said male are stronger;

In an anthropological standpoint; Males are only stronger dependent upon cultural aspect.
It is based on gender roles, not biological sexes.

For example, the Scythians, known warriors from the Steppes (Slavia) were so overwhelmed with the All-Female warriors; Amazons, that some integrated. Men became not unlike the common house-wives as the women who are the fierce warriors, with impressive muscle mass and such.

It's the individual that is strong or weak.

I've known some men who are weak and others who are strong. Same with women. There is always someone stronger, but that doesn't matter.

As an instructor in Kito ryu Jujutsu, I have seen women beat down men who are twice their size.
A fight is about skill and conditioning. Not strength, sex, and speed.

Haha I am only as smart as I will myself to learn.
You're still young, you can easily surpass me if you are diligent and have an open mind.

The trick I use is simply I don't question things that I can not personally attest to.

It means honest effort. An eager willingness to learn in this case.

When you want to learn, it's a lot easier to do so. When you don't care about something, you close you're mind and therefore restrain learning.

That's why I have always stopped and listened to something before discarding it, because even if it may seem boring or uninteresting, I may be able to use it someday.

yy female can be sexy, but when i try to imagine the appearence of a fearsome swordman, i have in my mind a male swordman covered with blood in a killing spree

but sexy is somtimes weak. some sexy female swordsmen are often afraid to get their feet wet and they dont have good skill.

I agree. Not many female warriors seem too fearsome. In history, the Amazons were hardly "Sexy" by modern terms. As descriptions by reputable sources like Herodotus lead us to envision, they looked more a-kin to Conan the Barbarian to a dainty female.
