If you live in Asia almost everything is blocked from your region anyway... that is so untrue when i was visiting in china i could still watch everything on crunhyroll. |

I actually really interested in the anime membership, but after finding out that so many videos are not available in asia, i don't think it would be really worth it. Yeah me too.. just wanna know why.. I'm more then willing to pay for membership.. if it was slighty cheaper as well. But the most important thing would be to know why can't we view? is it some legal issue.. if so could you please enlighten us =) Thanks a bunch Shinji Despite "FREE downloads" are available on numerous websites, it is still consider "breach of piracy" to federal laws...i think peoples are taking actions on preventing/restricting Downloads since "download = piracy" and supposingly "streaming" is pretty much the same thing as Downloading. so blocking animes will most probably forces animes addicts to go buy memberships--the more we buy the more we get to watch...it's a shame for anime addicts out there to be the only one to watch anime in the entire country, since there wont be anyone near by to help them unblock their region (financially speaking). but if you wont buy your membership, and everyone is thinking the same thing as you do--then animes wont be available in the near by future take Air Gear for another instance, they stop making anime because there are not enough supporters rooting for the show--so there's pretty much just the manga version of it now... i want to thank people like Shinji for working very hard in making more animes available for all of us--not only Shinji deserves a pat on the back and a round of applause, Shinji deserves our supports....so people....do try and lend 'em a helping hand and show your support for the animes |

Try that now, region restraint remember. Asia has practically been shut out. |

shinji wrote: Naruto Episodes 221 to 228 have just been launched! =D I know some of you are used to a different episode numbering scheme, these are Episodes 1 to 8 of the Naruto Shippuden arc. Our numbering scheme starts at the beginning of the original Naruto series, so hopefully you guys get used to this system! We will be launching 8 old episodes and 1 simulcast (the newest episode) every week from now on. Naruto is available worldwide except Japan and France. Naruto Simulcast (the newest episode, #311) will launch on January 8th for Anime Members in High Definition and January 15th for everyone else in standard definition. Anime Members will always get to watch simulcast anime shows earlier, and in High Definition when available. For more details, I'll have a full release calendar ready by next week. We've also launched a bunch of other shows, and will continue to add more and more each day, so check back often =D Here's some of the others we've released today: Gintama Eyeshield 21 Skip Beat! Shugo Chara Dear Boys Chrono Crusade Neo Angelique Abyss We also have a bunch of simulcast next week! You can watch the latest Gintama, Shugo Chara, Skip Beat, Natsume Yujincho, Web Ghosts PiPoPa, Linebarrels of Iron, Tower of Druaga -the Sword of Uruk-, and more, right when it is broadcast in Japan... and only here on Crunchyroll! Most of these shows will be soft-subtitled in English when it launches. Remember, we try extremely hard to get worldwide broadcast rights for these shows, but often times it gets really complicated, so unfortunately we can't show it in your region. For region details, check out our January lineup. Crunchyroll is now one of the few places online to watch anime legitimately - if you have to watch something, please do it on Crunchyroll to support the anime industry. Only with your support can they keep making more anime! Thanks for all your support, and long live cr! hey Mr. Shinji, How about in Philippines? |
