celine dion and utada hikaru

for malaysian artists, it will be Sharifah Aini (her voice did not change since 1982), Siti Nurhaliza (from earlier career of singing to now still the same) and Alleycats (changed a little)

Ko Yu-jin (formerly of Flower) In all the videos I've seen his voice always sounds clear, pure and sweet!
Also, B.J. Thomas; still mellow and touching.
Jay Siegel of the Tokens (sang The Lion Sleeps Tonight) Still can hit those gorgeous high notes after all these years!

Do distorted/harsh vocals count?

Since a lot Aggrotech groups/bands vocals don't change for a long time or at all.

I know that Dave Mustaine didn't changed his voice for such a long time in Megadeth (must be over a decade since the early days of Megadeth).

And some other, tho I CBA being specific :/

Xiah Junsu? Does he count. His voice still sounds good... but more honed maybe.

woot! Yongo10!!! AGREE!!! I think jae joong too~ eh.. actually DBSK. xD

I don't agree with that , but in a good way .. haha
I think DBSK's voices have changed alot since debut, meaning they keep getting stronger and better, they learn to control them more, which means they can do different things with their voices. Seriously, their voices were amazing enough to start with, and they just get better and better every year. I think if you look back, Changmin and Yunho gained more control over their voices and made them stronger. Junsu just grew into his voice more and learned higher, stronger and longer notes etc.

<3 DBSK !

I second that, their voices have changed ^.^ they have always been good at singing, but their voices have just grown much stronger, more manly~
DBSK Hwaiting! haha~
=^.^=
