could be, but it is a waste of money I guess.

girl band for me did not popular very well in Japanese music industry.
I don't think I can see girl groups in Oricon charts, I can see only female solo artist who topped the Oricon charts.
For me, if JE start making girl groups, it can be a waste of money and did not have benefits at all.
So, I think JE should only for boys and don't waste money to start girl groups.

Girl groups do make the Oricon charts and it seems like they're gaining momentum. They just don't dominate it as much as boy bands do (JE in particular).

heck NO.

girl groups in Japan isn't that profitable anyways.
Japan fandom is mainly male dominated. they'll make more money focusing their efforts looking for and producing guy groups/ artists. and it's what they have been doing for so long successfully. they might just ruin their name producing a flop girl group. and before they debut they have to undergo all this sempai-kouhai thing right?

and i don't wanna see JE disregarding their other juniors bec of this side business.

ever heard of morning musume and all those hello project groups? they are definitely popular in japan.
esp with the teen girls. but i dont mind if JE made girl groups but its gonna be strange since for years and years now they only had boygroups so it would be odd.

NO no nononononononno lol there are many girl idol group out there as such as AKB48(hori production), Hello Project(they're not popular anymore), Idoling(fuji tv), etc. And If they ever make girl idol group(which it'll never happen), JE will lose a lot of fans for sure. We already have successful girl Idol group, so we don't need any girl idol group from JE. And Johnny kitagawa does not like girls lol

sorry to break it to you, but Morning Musume and hello projects are not that popular anymore. They were popular around 2000-2006 there was too many incidents happened like Kago smoking, tsuji getting pregnent, and many members graduated. You won't see Hello projects on tv as much as AKB48. AKB48 is getting more popular than them. They even own 2 tv shows, and they even appeared on kouhaku(it's honor for musicians in Japan, if they appear on kouhaku new year program) but I agree, it's totally odd for girls to join JE(male Idol company)

I didn't know they were still celebrity, because I don't see on tv anymore. They're completely invisible. Puffy was popular when I was like 8,9 years old
