Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide If you read up to the manga chapter 577-578 you should no that Marshall D Teach is clearly the strongest Shichibukai, I think he should have stole aces as well as whitebeards fruit but maybe there’s a limit.
Kuma is my favourite because of what he did to Zorro.
Don flamingo is clearly very strong but there is not enough info about him to judge how strong he is.
Dracule Mihawk I didn’t think he did enough during the war to be rated as the strongest.
Boa hancock strong but her fruit powers not that useful against strong opponents.

I guess Teach but Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide only because he now has the power of two fruits (damn cheater -_-), his title was already revoked though, so he is longer a a Shichibukai
